FastReporter EXCEL template, removing or adding signature line and logo in report

The procedure below shows how to add your company signature and logo to FastReporter EXCEL templates, replacing the default EXFO signature.

Procedure to follow


The signature of our templates is actually the footer of the excel template. You can modify the footer using the below steps:


1. Click the worksheet where you want to add or change headers or footers.

2. On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Header & Footer.

Excel will then display the worksheet in Page Layout view.


3. To add or edit a header or footer, click the left, center, or right header or footer text box at the top or the bottom of the worksheet page (under Header, or above Footer).

4. Type the new footer text. In the example below, Tested by: is entered.

5. To change the Logo, while your curser is in the Footer, open the Header & Footer tab.

6. Click Picture (1) and then Replace (2)

7. Browse to select your Logo image. Once selected you will see the new logo in your report.
