Introduction
When trying to use the DataMover Application you get the following error message:
Procedure to follow
To resolve this error when trying to use the Data Mover Application, you will need to perform a System recovery of the unit.
Note: You can use the Windows File Manager application which is also available on the unit's desktop to transfer test data from the tester prior to carrying out the procedure.
