Question
Can I update the web browser (Internet Explorer) on the MaxTester series products?
Answer
The web browser cannot be updated on these MaxTester products. This however does not impact other applications that use the wired ethernet port or the optional WIFI ethernet connection. These applications may include:
- File transfer and sharing
- Connection to EXFO TestFlow and/or EXFO connect
- Connection to wireless Fiber Inspection probes (FIP)
- Remote control through VNC
