Introduction
When installing the AMT Remote Access application on a new PC, it is possible that the Missing Remote View Components error message appears.
Reason: The AMT Remote Access utility requires "Ultra VNC remote access tools" and if not already installed, the error message will appear.
Procedure to follow
1. Download and install Ultra VNC from this link.

2. Once installed you will then be able to use the AMT Remote Access tool.
