Introduction
The OX1 does not start normally when powering on. The unit appears to freeze on the splash screen.
Procedure to follow
Should you have this problem, and you have made several attempts to start the OX1, you can perform a recovery to restore the unit to normal operation. The recovery procedure is documented in the user manual, and also can be found in this knowledge article.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All user data will be lost after the recovery process.
