Question

How to check the Wattage (W) and Current (A) of a pluggable transceiver?

Answer

In Netblazer / Power Blazer, the pluggable transceiver information page will display the power consumption and amperage (current and max) of the device inserted.

Note : This value is measured and only supported on FTBx-884xx/888xx. Only supported on CFP2, QSFP28 (40G and up), QSFP-DD/QSFP56-DD, and OSFP ports.

Select the interface configuration window and enter into the transceiver information page on the bottom left. The Power (Actual/Max) and Current (Actual/Max) are displayed
