Question
Is it possible to change the user email address in EXFO Exchange?
Answer
No, at this time it is not possible to change the email address. The user ID and email address is grayed out in the application. Both are embedded into the account.
Proposed workaround
- Create a new Exchange account with your new email address.
- Log into your previous (established) Exchange account.
- From the established Exchange account, send an invitation to the new email address of all desired organizations/workspaces.
IMPORTANT: Select the Administrator role for the appropriate organizations/workspaces.
4.Optional – Once the invite has been accepted with the new email and you have access to the established Exchange account then you may remove the member with the old (redundant) email address
