Auto-Start TeamViewer QuickSupport on Windows

Introduction

Here's a concise guide to make TeamViewer QuickSupport (QS) run automatically at startup on Windows.

Procedure to follow

1 Create a Shortcut,   Right-click TeamViewerQS.exe file (e.g., on your Desktop or in its folder).

2 Open the Startup Folder

  • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
  • Type exactly: shell:startup
  • Click OK or press Enter.

3 Add the Shortcut

  • Drag & drop (or copy/paste) the TeamViewerQS shortcut into the Startup folder

4 Verify

  • Restart your PC. TeamViewer QS should now launch automatically on startup.

Note:  The Startup folder only affects your user account. For all users, use shell:common startup in Step 2.
