Problem
The battery icon always remains in the red even after charging.
Troubleshooting steps
Possible Cause 1: The OX1 doesn't synch with the battery properly.
Proposed Solution
• Reset the battery info in the OX1 menu.
Possible Cause 2: Defective battery

• Replace the battery. See user manual page 227
Possible Cause 3: Defective OX1
Proposed Solution
• Send the OX1 in a repair RMA. See RMA request procedure.
