What URL and ports does EXFO Exchange platform require to be allowed for successful login to the EXFO Exchange Portal or via FastReporter 3?
Answer
For security reasons, many private networks control access to external sites.
If you are unable to login to your EXFO Exchange account when using FastReporter 3 or directly to the EXFO Exchange Portal.
Then you can ask your IT department to check the following are allowed on the local network firewall.
- Requires access to *.exfoexchange.com
- Requires access to *.exfoapis.com
- Port 443 needs to be available.
NOTE: "*" in the above lines refers to a wildcard.
