Question

What is the difference  between the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of FastReporter 2 and FastReporter 3?

Answer

FastReporter 2 and FastReporter 3 are available in two versions:

  • 32-bit: Contains all test modes and file formats
  • 64-bit: Allows you to process more measurements and reports,  however some older files formats, such as power meter (FOT-930), CD, and PMD (FTB-5500, FTB-5700 and FTB-5800) are not supported

NOTE: From the EXFO website you have the choice to download the 32 bit and/or the 64 bit versions. You can download, install and use both.
