How to generate an Excel report using a predefined template

Introduction

Instructions on how to generate an Excel report using a predefined template in FastReporter 3.

Procedure to follow

1. Select or highlight the files or measurements you want to include in the report.

2. From the toolbar, select the Report tab.

3. Then click the Select icon.

4. From the Report window, you can first (1) set up the location you want your file to be saved by selecting the ‘’…’’. Secondly (2) select the Report Template you want to use. In this example we’ll select the OTDR template. Thirdly (3), select the File type you want, either PDF from Excel Template or Excel. In this example we want to choose Excel Finally, when you are ready select OK to create the report.
