The EX-series devices and MAX-635G tester use Ookla's proprietary Speedtest® technology to provide availability and Quality of Service (QoS) measurements of internet connections, using aggregation and analysis of millions of individual samples to provide as accurate metrics as possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION When performing Speedtests, be mindful of conditions in the Network Under Test (NUT) that may adversely affect the results, such as poor connections and sources of environmental interference. In particular with wireless NUTs, be aware of interference from other appliances, load balancing issues and link limiting implemented by backwards compatibility requirements. |
